Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC) is a registered Canadian charity and an agency of the worldwide Aga Khan Development Network, a group of development agencies active in 30 countries. These agencies share a mission to improve living conditions and opportunities for the poor, without regard to their faith, origin or gender. For more than 30 years, AKFC has worked with Canada and Canadians to sustainably improve the quality of life of poor, marginalized communities in Asia and Africa. AKFC is sharing their knowledge, expertise and experience in youth economic empowerment to co-host the youth employment and entrepreneurship stream at this year’s International Forum.
Realized Worth is a global program design and management firm focused on engaging employees in corporate volunteering and giving programs, which includes designing and fully implementing program strategies. The Uniterra program has collaborated with Realized Worth to share lessons on international employee volunteering. At the 2016 International Forum, Realized Worth will lead discussions on how we can engage employees to contribute to sustainable development.
