Onsite registration will be open on Thursday, January 23rd from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Friday, January 24th starting at 7:30 am.
We accept payment by credit card, check or cash.

Students (Local committee members, students, or 2019 graduates)
Includes all current local committee members, those currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or those who have graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution as of 2019.
Alumni and Members
Includes former volunteers, former local committee members, former SRP students, and institutional members in good standing.
Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and cheques are accepted for online registration.

Please note that obtaining a visa, and all the associated costs, is the sole responsibility of the participant. WUSC and CECI are unfortunately unable to provide a letter of invitation for visa purposes to individuals with whom we do not already have a working relationship.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Our reimbursement policy is as follows:
- On or before November 30 - a 90% reimbursement will be provided.
- Between December 1 - 20 - a 50% reimbursement will be provided.
- After December 20 - no refunds will be made.
If you apply for the reimbursement as per our policy above, you will be refunded in the manner that you have paid for your registration.
