This year's Forum offers many registration options, ranging from free virtual sessions, interactive and engaging in-person sessions, and the official launch of WUSC's brand new art exhibit at the Shaw Center, in Ottawa.

  • Students and Recent Graduates:

    Includes all active Local Committee members and those currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or those who have graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution as of January 2023.

  • Alumni and Members of WUSC:

    Includes former volunteers, former Local Committee members, former SRP students, general and institutional members in good standing

The in-person conference ticket includes:

  • Access to all sessions on Friday, including lunch and health breaks;
  • Contribution to the 33rd art piece of the art exhibit Through My Eyes: Art for Development;
  • Drink ticket for the evening event;
    Access to Saturday closed sessions for members, students and alumni ONLY

Payment Methods

All payments are managed by the ticketing platform, Eventbrite. Accepted payment methods are: Debit, Credit, PayPal.

Visa Letters

Please note that obtaining a visa, and all the associated costs, is the sole responsibility of the participant.

WUSC is unfortunately unable to provide a letter of invitation for visa purposes to individuals with whom we do not already have a working relationship.

Cancellations

There are no refunds upon cancellation.

Should you be unable to attend the in-person sessions, you will still have access to virtual content during and after the event.
