    Includes all currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or those who have graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution as of 2016.

  • Alumni and Members of WUSC and CECI

    Includes former volunteers, former local committee members, consultants, friends of CECI, former SRP students, and institutional members in good standing.

Payment Methods

Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and cheques are accepted for online registration.

If you have registered for the early bird rate and are paying by cheque, the envelope must be postmarked November 30, 2017.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Our reimbursement policy is as follows:

  • On or before November 30 - a 90% reimbursement will be provided.
  • Between December 1 - 21 - a 50% reimbursement will be provided.
  • After December 22 - no refunds will be made.

If you apply for the reimbursement as per our policy above, you will be refunded in the manner that you have paid for your registration.
